Delivery Areas
Thunmareueythea delivers indoor plants across mainland United Kingdom. We use courier services that handle plants with care. Delivery options and lead times may vary by location and season. Contact us for a quote for your postcode or to arrange collection from our London address.
Packaging
Plants are packed in sturdy boxes with internal support to keep pots and foliage secure. We aim to minimise movement in transit and protect leaves from damage. Pots are wrapped and secured so they stay upright. You will receive your plant in packaging designed for safe transport.
Delivery Times
Orders are processed on working days. Dispatch usually takes one to two working days after we confirm your order. Delivery then typically takes one to three working days depending on your location. You will receive updates by email where tracking is available. We do not deliver on bank holidays; those days are excluded from delivery estimates.
Receiving Your Order
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Plants should be unpacked as soon as possible and placed in a suitable spot. Keep them away from direct sun or draughts for the first few days while they adjust. If you have any concerns about your delivery, contact us with your order details.
